Erich Krüger or Krueger, I./JG 27
Hi All,
Based on the book Stab und I./JG 27 written by Prisen/Rodeike/Stemmer, Uffz Erich Krüger flew his last mission dated April 27th 1945 and was MIA.o Is there any more info available today like place of crash or reason of crash. Still MIA? Thanks a lot in advance Rolf |

The Krackers archive gives the following info : Krüger, Erich Uffz 2/JG-27 Bf 109G or K (lost) Fighter Operational Clasp MIA 25 April, 1945; reason and location unknown. Mombeek. Regards Alain57 |

Hi Alain,
thanks a lot for your info. Seems Erich Krüger is still MIA. Somehow difficult to beleive when you know that the airfield Bad Aibling where he took off is just about 100 miles to the place he had to fly an attack against ground troops near Augsburg. Seems difficult to find out more. Thanks again Rolfeb |
