Seeking pilot identity from this photo....
Hi all,
Perhaps its a bit of a long shot, but hey ho, heres hoping! I'm trying to find the identity of the pilot in this photo. I dont know anything about him apart from that he probably made a claim for a B-17 called 'Sachound' (42-31467, IN-J) of 613 Squadron, 401st BG(H). This B-17 crashed in at St Gerard, Ardennes, 10 miles south-west of Namur, Belgium. The attack on the B-17s were reportedly made by Bf109s on 2nd March 1944.
