Strafing aces in a day of the 9th AF
Dear all,
could you please let me know who were strafing aces in a day of the 9th AF besides Lt Brooks of 353th FS, 354th FG, who was credited with destroying nine and damaging four enemy E/A on April 15, 1945. Thank you. Regards, Filip

The following had 4 confirmed - Harry Brown and Ken Perkins
The following had 3 - Gus Allen, Ray Hammert, Hugh McLeod and Ed Reybein accounting for 29 of 29 claimed at Pocking a/d

Other candidates are some of the pilots of the 36th FG who flew the mission on April 12, 1945 - the total score was 73-23.
