Identification of crash and pilot in command

Please help identify the crash and everything known about the pilot in command kia.

A friend asked me to post the information here in order to shed more light into the deadly crash.
All that is known about his killed relative is written on the back of a picture which I will post here. The picture shows pilot Rudi Sachs in a treining plane, Arado. The back says:
"Rudi did not return from a mission to England (London) on 18.12.1943. He was killed at age 24."Additional information suggests he was a bomber pilot and possibly living/born in Hamburg.

Is there any information out there about the pilot or the crash?
