Hi!

Stab ZG 1: No losses
I./ZG 1 : No losses

III./ZG 1 : No losses

10./ZG 1: No losses
11./ZG 1: No losses
12./ZG 1: No losses

IIRC the 4./ZG 1 lost one Bf 110, which was shot down by the Lightnings of the 14th FG over Hungary.

Hi!
Thanks both for your answer...
I would like to concretize my question. On July 7, 1944 ZG 1 lost at least two planes Bf 110 (2N+LN a 2N+FP), which collided in the air during the air combat. All four airmen baled out. Bordfunker of 2N+LN Kurt Bucker died when after opening of his parachude fell out of parachute harnes. Other three airmen were wounded, but survived. Interesting fact is, that Franz Friess, pilot of 2N+FP was reported KIA. It is not true, his wounds were minimal. Based on informations from Volksbund, he died on July 14, 1944. That day ZG 1 was on a mission again. It is highly probable that he was lost on July 14, not on 7th.
Thanks again...

The Volksbund site seems to confirm this:

An Uffz Franz Friess died on 14/7/44 and is buried in Hungary (probably as an unknown soldier). His death place is given as Kisber.
