Nice touch Matti

I wonder how they could be certain it was not actually 13%.....
Must have been a quite soft belly landing!

Cheers

Maybe it was 13% because the damage in RL 9/77 was quantified at 25 % ...

Re: Bf 109 F-4 W.Nr.7096

Hi Gents,

Thank you for the answer Matti and thanks for the comments guys !
...

The thing being in a document dated 15 August 1944 and untitled:
"Kommandoreserve
Bestand am 15.8.1944"

With a note on left top corner:
"F.R.B A.S.A.M.
Pipera"

A list of 41 Bf109s waiting for repair apparently. The first line being:
Bf 109 F-4 WNr. 7096 (vom Halter): 10./JG301 (Eingang): 9.9.1943 (Bruch): 10%.

So I was wondering: Did 10./JG301 made its first flights using I./JG4 machines ?
One pilot having an accident with that machine on 9.9 and the "loss" reported as such and, later, I./JG4 emitted another report saying "our" machine did have an accident.
Something like that, to make short.
...
More or less like Willi Drude loss which was reported twice: by JG77 (he left) and by JG5 (he was supposed to reach)

Regards,
Franck.
