Heinz Bar's accuracy in victory claims

I've always wondered how accurate were his victory claims. It seems that he over-claimed at times and sometimes his claims were completely accurate.

*From 185, 229, 1435 and 126 sqns just after 1000am, another was slightly damaged
* Just after 1330, the day’s 3rd raid saw a Spitfire damaged and crashlanded with the pilot unhurt (believe this was EP550), F/L Wally McLeod in BR236/E of 1435 sqn suffered minor damage. EP727/N of Sgt. J F Jarrett suffered damage as well, forcelanding with minor injuries at Takali
Full victories were claimed by Schlick, Freytag and Schiess of JG 53

It seems fair to assume Baer’s unconfirmed claim results from having inflicted damage upon one of the Spitfires mentioned above. By no means an overclaim and at the same time, rightfully unconfirmed.

Re: Heinz Bar's accuracy in victory claims

Wow, great compilation. Also, December 2,1943 , he claimed a P-38 and a B-17 for no USAAF casualties. Based on this data I would judge him an average claimer , say about 60%.
