Need date that Oberstlt Günter Schwartzkopff was Promoted to Oberst

Hello,

Have located a good photo of what I think is Oberstlt Günter Schwartzkopff during 1939 with Oberstlt rank insignia on the sleeve of his flying suit. Does anyone know when he was promoted to Oberst? This will help me date the photo, if it is him. This may have been when be became Gesch Kde of StG77 on 01.06.39.

01.12.34 appt Lehrer at FFS Celle.
01.04.35 appt Kdr. Fliegerschule Celle and concurrently Kdt. Fl.H. Celle.
01.07.35 promo to Maj.
01.03.36 appt Kdr. FFS C 7 (to 30.09.36).
01.10.36 appt Kdr. I./St.G. 165 and Kdt. Fl.H. Kitzingen.
01.09.37 appt Kdr. IV./Lehrgeschwader and concurrently Kdt. Fl.H. Barth.
01.10.37 promo to Obstlt.
01.11.38 appt Kommodore St.G. 165.
1939 involved in creation of Stuka Fliegerschule Kitzingen.
16.05.39 appt Kommodore St.G. 77 (to 14.05.40).
01.04.40 promo to Oberst.
14.05.40 KIA – in a Ju 87 B-2 (S2+AA) shot down by either AA fire over Châtillon-sur-Bar or by RAF Hurricanes south of Le Chesne/France.
24.11.40 posthumously awarded the Ritterkreuz.
28.06.44 promo to Gen.Maj. (RDA 01.05.40) posthumously.
Considered the “Father of the Stuka”.
