1944-03-08, 9./Fl.Z.G. 1, Ju 88, 184, Eischott bei Fallersleben, Unbekannt. Bruch 100 %.
F Lt Siegel, Wilhelm, tot
Bf Fw Krebs, Karl, tot
Bm Fw Schmidt, Otto, tot

Type and WNr are fron NVM, but seem questionable?

Flzg.Überführ.G. 1 was an aircraft ferrying unit. Lost at Eischott bei Fallersleben - in Germany.

Dear Rick,

I live in the area were Karl Krebs died and investigate here for airwar. The Ju88 made an emergency landing and burned totaly down. All crew members died. I heart it from an eyewitness. He saw it when he was 9 or 10 years old.
Can you please send me a better scan of the death card for the local history?

Please answer for further contact by p.m.. Please remark, your postcase is overflowed.

Best wishes

Ruediger
