P-47 Thunderbolt crash 18-JAN-46
Hello All,
A USAAF Thunderbolt crashed in Germany after a mid-air collision with a 443 Sqn Spitfire near Belmhusom. Both pilots baled out safely. Date 18 January 1946. Does anyone know what is the serial of the P-47, its unit and eventually the name of the American pilot involved. Thanks in anticipation Phil |
