Fw.Johann MAHR 2./TG 4 12.11.1943
Hello,
12.11.1943 was killed on the island of Leros Fw.Johann MAHR (* 25.3.1920) 2./TG 4. He is buried at Dionyssos-Rapendoza. Please anyone have more information? Thank you very much for any information. Regards Tony |

He was a Bordfunker (radio operator) while flying in Ju 52/3m W.Nr. 6763 which crashed under unknown circumstances. (GQM-files via Michael Balss).

On ju52archiv.de is only this information: Ju 52/3m W.Nr.6763 1Z+AX 100% 3 crew members dead and 1 wounded. I really appreciate your help, best regards Tony |

According to the GQM loss return from 12 Dec 1943 the functions of the crew members were
Lt Günther F (= Flugzeugführer) Fw Mahr B (= Beobachter) Uffz Näpflein Bf (= Bordfunker) Lt Bockelmann Bs (= Bordschütze). Regards Leo |
