German engine valve identification

Length 134.5mm, valve head diameter 54.5mm, valve shaft 16mm. It seems to be hollow, maybe it's filled with sodium.

Exclamation Re: German engine valve identification

Hello ,

Perhaps i'm wrong but i think thet the thicker part off the valve shaft is the valve guide who is normaly in the head oof the cilinder. If the valve is hollow and filled up with sodium it mus have been and exhaust valve.

Re: German engine valve identification

You are right, the valve is complete, but I'm not sure with that Sodium, it's my first find of the valve after all.
