Personal emblem "Dita 13" at Bf 109 and Bf 110

Dear all,

I've got a second question, maybe you can help me too:
I'm looking for the emblem "Dita 13". I know photos of early
Bf 110 of ZG 1 or ZG 76 (2N+...) with "Dita 13" at the nose
and a later photo of a Bf 109 G with "Dita 13" emblem
at the side.
Maybe some of you know the pilots, maybe it was a personal
emblem and the pilot used "his" emblem in different units during
the complete war? I hope you can help!

Thank you very much,
Sven.

I have photos showing Oblt Hans Kriegel and Gefr Guntram Weigel of JagdKdo Kjevik standing underneath the nose of a Bf 110 so inscribed-I believe the code was 2N+DR or LN+DR. This unit had been formed from III/ZG 76 and was also known as ZKdo Sola, later becoming (Z)/JG 77 and (Z)/JG 5

Re: Personal emblem "Dita 13" at Bf 109 and Bf 110

Hello,

I've got four photos showing a M110 with the emblem "DITA13" on the right and left side of its nouse... its marking is partially visible... ??+XE ... maybe 2n+XE ??? ... I also got a photo from the same lot showing a LW pilot stepping out of the cockpickt of this aircraft... but he doesn't look to me like a known face... these five photos come from the groupping of a JG52 airman...

I hope it helps :-)

Re: Personal emblem "Dita 13" at Bf 109 and Bf 110

Dear Gentlemen,

thank you very much for this informations. If Hans Kriegel is right,
I found some more informations about him:
He had a collision with a Bf 109 near Kirkenes on 28.6.1941.
He flew a Bf 110 D, W.Nr. 3714.
Later he was commander of IV./JG 5 between 1942 and 1944.
I have a photo of a Bf 110 with code 2N+DR. There are 6 victory
bars at the rudder. Do you know the victories of Hans Kriegel?
The IV./JG 5 flew with Bf 109 G so maybe Kriegel used his "Dita 13"
emblem later in the war too.
Very interesting is that photos of Bf 110 with the emblem at both
sides of the nose are existent. It seems that we have some more
Bf 110 with "Dita 13".

All the best to you,
Sven.
