The Air Ministry must have captured these as well as I have two documents of translations covering the period 15 Jul-15 Aug 40. No doubt they shredded the originals long ago.

Erprobungsgruppe 210 came within the ambit of Luftflotte 2 at this time. They did not move to Luftflotte 3, operating out of Cherbourg, until early September 1940.

In July, they mainly operated in the Dover area and up around the east coast over the North Sea opposite East Anglia.

Thanks John, did V/LG1 use bomb-carrying Bf 110s at this time, or where they just fighters?

According to logbooks just fighters. But some ships were strafed and set on fire by Bf110s within the operational area of LF3.

They were a pure fighter unit.
