Re: Photo AEG G.IV

Hello,

Currently on ebay is a photo of a AEG G.IV G.591/?? of Bogohl 8b at:

https://www.ebay.de/itm/X4645-Foto-W...UAAOSw8Dhe7yFX

A further photo of this aircraft can be seen at :

buddecke.de/bg8.htm

Unfortunately on nither picture is it possible to determine the year in which the machine was constructed or the Bosta operating the machine. Edit. On one of the photos below what appears to be a number seven ban be seen on the tail of the aircraft standing on its nose. So Bosta 27 could well be the unit involved.

Further AEG G.IV machines can possibly from Bogohl 8b can be seen at:

Re: Photo AEG G.IV

Stig,

Armee Flug Park 4, yes.The information is from Peter M Grosz's WDF 51 on the G.IV,which has another photo of this incident.Though I think this one is of superior quality.

Clint
