Wolfgang Kosse and Hugo Dahmer, JG 26 - JG 5

Hello everyone,I have a question, please:

Uffz. Hugo Dahmer was transferred on 1.2.1941 from JG 26 to 1./JG 77 in Norway.
He was convinced he offended an officer JG 26.
Which officer? And what was the insult?

Wolfgang Kosse was 4.5.1942 transferred to undertake a gunnery course. As an instructor? Or was he a bad shooter?
At that time he had 11 victories.
On its completion he was transferred to JG 5.
However, on 30 November 1943, Kosse was relieved of his command (5./JG 5) and demoted
to the rank of Flieger for making an unauthorised flight and damaging an aircraft.
And how did the plane damage?
Fw 190 or
courier airplane or others?
What led him to an unlawful flight?
Thank you in advance for the answers.
