Would anybody have any information on Me110 Werk Nr 5488?

5488 was one of a batch of Bf 110 G-3s built in June 1943.

Hi, Thank you, but this cannot be correct, as it was a Bf110-C1.

Mr.schmitt If it was a C-1 the the serial is not correct.

1344-1401 built by Mtt between April and September 1939
1793-1822 built by GWF between November 1939 and January 1940
2045-2052 built by GWF between January and February 1940
2619-2636 built by FW between September and November 1939
2801-2840 built by MIAG from September 1939 onwards

5488 was part of a batch of 40 G-3s in the batch run 5481-5520 built by GWF in June 1943.

Perhaps, Mr Schmitt, you could quote your source for it being a C-1...
