Karl Blase, DKiG
On "Traces of War" website, I found a German pilot named Karl Blase who was the holder of the German Cross in Gold. He was a fighter pilot of the JG2 "Richthofen". Could you find any more information about this man like how many air to air kills that he got? Did he survive WWII? Thank you.

He was a Jabo pilot with 10./JG 2 and shot down and killed by 266 Sqn on 26 Jan 43; his DKiG was posthumous
