Does anyone know which unit used this FPN between August 1943 and November 1943. The unit flew the Hs 126, Fw 189 & Ju 86 so I think its' a recon unit. There are no VbKz in the FB, only StKz.

Unfortunately, the listings that were originally on Axis History do not list 50142 neither does https://www.germanstamps.net/feldpost-number-database/

L50142 was the FPN of Einsatzgruppe/Blindflugschule 2 (from 11.43 Einsatzgruppe/2.Fliegerschuldivision). They flew anti partisan missions in Poland and Central Russia from July 1943 until summer 1944.

I also found two documents of the same man:
- a "Flugbefehl" (Flight Order) dated October 29th 1943. Unit was Einsatzgruppe der Fl-Ausb. Div. B - 3.Staffel
- a "Beurteilung" (Evaluation) dated Nov 15th 1943. Unit was Einsatzgruppe der 3. Ausb. Fl. Div.

Looking at the FB I think he indeed flew mainly anti partisan missions on the eastern front.

I tried to find out more about this unit with google but I couldn't find anything.
