Luftwaffe Aces in the Battle of Britain

For those interesting in something different, this is due out late Summer:

https://www.pen-and-sword.co.uk/Luft...rdback/p/18437

Blurb is wrong-204 pilots and 300 photos.

If anyone is interested, I managed to get this out of the publisher:

LUFT20 will entitle the customer to 25% off of the RRP
ORDER ONLINE at www.pen-and-sword.co.uk, by phone on 01226 734222

thanks! - looking forward to it. Just finished your 'Knights of the Battle of Britain' - nice book! How do they get their own blurb wrong though ?

Thanks Neil. I too sometimes wonder how they do get things so wrong-the latest Channel 5 documentary is proof enough!

Because the St Kap 2nd from left us in the book. I did mention this to P&S and as we say never judge a book by its cover!

Re: Luftwaffe Aces in the Battle of Britain

But you know that people will buy it on-line so BoB and MTO together will cause some doubts...

Re: Luftwaffe Aces in the Battle of Britain

I am not overly concerned as it doesn't say MTO on the cover and the cover is illustrative of fighter pilots (all of whom did fly in the BofB) and the aircraft they flew. In the book, the subsequent careers and fates of the 204 pilots are detailed so it covers all Fronts
