Location of "Torrosowa" airfield
Hi everyone,
Looking through ww2.dk/air/jagd/jg54.htm I see II./JG 54 at "Torrosowa" airfield from 7 September 1941 to to 20 September 1941. Anyone have an idea where this place is ? I have already looked thru De Zeng's list of airfields in Russia and didn't find anything unless there is a different name for it. Thanks in advance oquaig |

Re: Location of "Torrosowa" airfield
Possibly Tarasowa in Poland. Not in the airfields list.

Re: Location of "Torrosowa" airfield
Thanks to both of you. Dmitry nailed it and I should have known because of 202 SBAP. Just looking in the wrong data base.
Thanks again Cheers. |
