Re: 73 Squadron RAF

Hi Alex

You could try contacting Don at The Cleve, Bradford Peverell, Dorchester Dorset DT2 9SA. He sells and distributes from home. He may have a spare copy available.

Trust this helps

Brian

Re: 73 Squadron RAF

The Bf 109 claimed on 4th June 1944 was reportedly s/d SE of Brac Island, which coincides with loss reported by NAGr.12.
I am not sure about 2 claims on 8th August, according to NAGr.12 summary for August 1944 they claimed only one loss through enemy action.
All this obtained through ULTRA.

Re: 73 Squadron RAF

Hi

I am not sure what happened to the body of my message, but what I intented to say was that Strange (JK191) and Rowe (ES142) made their claims on 4/6/44 and not as I had listed. Flg Off W. Chumack was RCAF (note correct spelling).

Corrections via Don Minterne's 73 Squadron history Volume Three.

Cheers
Brian
