Nick Beale will become famous soon enough
Berlin 1945 (BBC series)

On the strength of the first part, I can recommend the three-part series Berlin 1945 on BBC iPlayer (for those in the UK or on a Virtual Private Network). Not much aviation content but a lot about being on the receiving end of the raids and many presonal accounts (diaries, letters etc.) about life in the city.
