Help - Luftwaffe Triqueville 1942
Trying to identify a Hauptman Müller, 106 Squadron, Triqueville fighter base. He took a photo of my father an RCAF pilot captured after his plane (Boston W8350 of 418 squadron) crashed Aug 17, 1942. Also if anyone knows the Squadron commander at Triqueville at that time. We believe it was Josef Wurmheller

Re: Help - Luftwaffe Triqueville 1942
It is Tricqueville. This would have probably been I or 11./JG 2 which was commanded by Hptm Erich Leie. Not sure by the 106 Sqn and Müller is a very common name. Wurmheller was with 1./JG 2 which was part of I./JG 2
