e-bay photo question - shot downed Spitfire July 1941

on e-bay is this nice collection of same downed Spitfire and probably with his pilot (same date-month and same writing on back of photos)

The pilot later escaped from his POW camp in Bad Sulza (Thuringia, Germany) and returned to UK via Spain.
