Good evening Gentlemen,
Jaroslav Novak shot down 6 balloons in 1956 (!). Were the balloons manned or unmanned ? Cheers, Michael |

The balloons were unmanned spy balloons:

...and that makes Aharon Shavit & Yeshajanu Shai Egozi & Ya'acov Nevo the top scorers of the calendar 1956 with 2 kills each, all scored in the Dassault Mystère.
