218 Squadron May 21st - June 13th 1940

Hi,

Trying to establish the movement of 218 during these dates. A number of books / web sites report that on relinquishing its Battles, equipment and stores to No.103 Squadron it moved from St. Lucien Ferme to No.2 Base Area Chateau Bougon where it stayed until June 13th. However the 218 ORB records the squadron at Saint-Aignan between June 1st - 10th. If I am right this is 20kms SE of Tours.

Can anyone help with this ?

TIA

Steve

Hello Steve,
