Hawker Typhoon

Hi,
A family friend, S/L John Niblett DFC, 198 Sqn. was shot down in his Typhoon on 2 Jun 1944 by FlaK at Caude Cote near Dieppe. Can anyone tell me the serial number and aircraft code letters of this fighter? We'd like to have his aircraft depicted in an art piece to commemorative this pilot.
Thanks!
