Identity of signature

Whoops. Should be more along the lines of "Identificaiton of a signature".

I've had this in my collection for a while; picked it up at a local flea market outside of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and I've always wondered who signed it.

TIA

Stephen

Re: Identity of signature

@ SMF144,

for my eyes the signature reads as Gerber.

Best Regards
Norbert

Re: Identity of signature

Hi Stephen,
I also read it as Gerber and here is what Kracker tell us about him:
Oblt Karl Gerber, II.NJG 100, 2 Victories, EK 2 (iron cross 2nd class), Night Fighter Operational Clasp.

Greetings from China

Horst
