Loss of an He 11 Wnr 3922

Genlemen,

this he 111 was lost during at taking-off in Nowotscherkask for a supply-flght to Stalingrad.
The machine was from KGrzbV. 20.
The handwriting is not readable in the microfiche.
Who can help with the names?
