Do 217 A-0

A rare plane, only 6 of these were completed, most if not all went to 1./Aufkl.OB.dL but then went to other units after; can anyone add to this list:
Wk Nr 2701 Ended up with IV./KG 40 1941

Wk Nr 2702
Wk Nr 2703 D-ABDE/GM+AF. Ended up as U5+KU with 10./KG 2
Wk Nr 2704 CO+JJ
Wk Nr 2705
Wk Nr 2706 Serving with FFS C(5) in 1943

Re: Do 217 A-0

Chris

For what it's worth I have the following
2703 D-ADBD > GM+AF lost with IV./KG 40 30.3.1942
2704 D-ADBE

Sorry, no sources.

Cheers
Stig

Re: Do 217 A-0

Mikael Olrog has pointed out he has a chapter in his book on the Do 215. It does clarify some of the mysteries but not all

Re: Do 217 A-0

Thanks Chriss & RT
Download now works - I have W/Nr 2705 - 2706 as DA+JV & DA+JW - Last one with FFS(C)5 31.12.42 at Neubrandenburg (Fb.Kurt Reuth)
Are you certain that W/Nrs 2719 & 2720 are Type A-0s?
I have W/Nrs 2701 to 2709 as Type A-0s - All old sources

Re: Do 217 A-0

Hello Tom,

DA+JV/DA+JW seems to be 2105/2106 not 2705/2706,

DA+JR to DA+JW are 2101/2106
