Bomber Crews

The RAF had a policy that if men were to run the risk of death they should choose who they flew with. Consequently members of a bomber crew formed themselves at the OTU (Operational Training Unit).

In the USAAF bomber crew's were appointed.

Anyone know how Soviet crews were formed?
