Unknown aircraft

I think the first one is a Piaggio P.108 transport

It seems you have it , either a P108 C or T . Documentation is scarce , especially showing the enlarged fin ! |

A thread dated 13th July 2006 gives the full code for LH as J4+LH and shows it as a 'T' .

The seaplane is one of the few Macchi M.40 built (only two received a military serial, MM 88 and 89, this one being withdrawn in august 1933). The picture had been taken probably at Vigna di Valle seaplane base.
