Heinz Bär Flight 5 April 1945

Hello,

Does anybody have copies of the logbook of Heinz Bär that would show if he had any flights on 5 April 1945?

Thanks,

Roger

Jim, thank you very much. I own the logbook of pilot who was with EJG 2 and made a "Ketteneinsatz" on 5 April at 11.00 flying White 12. I assume he was part of the Kette of Heinz Bär. He had combat with Mustangs on that mission. When did Bär land again at Lechfeld?

First flight was for 30 minutes, the second for 15.

Thank you Jim. "My" pilot (an experienced pilot with two victories in Bf 109) was in the air for 50 minutes on the 11.00 flight. As take off was only 5 minutes apart, I assume they flew a mission together, but maybe Bär had technical problems. Is there a 'Zweck' (purpose) indicated in Bär's logbook?
