Attack UJ-1703.
Hi,
Colleagues. In the SKL Diaries I found the following information: 5 march 1944. In the evening the submarine chaser UJ-1703 was sunk by torpedo plane off Lindesnes. Fifty-two survivors, among them the Commanding Officer and the 1st watchkeeping Officer were rescued. Please help to establish which aircraft of which squadron of the Coastal Command sank this ship. I did not find a description in the documents of 455, 404 and 489 squadrons. sergey |

Re: Attack UJ-1703.
144 and 333 squadron received. I think we need 489 squadron. I don't have from January to October 1944. historik2013@gmail.com
