Another ace is gone......

Richard E. "Snuffy" Smith P-38 ace of the 39th FS 35th FG 5th AF passed away earlier this week at the age a 86. So far 2006 really sucks!
His P-38F "Japanese sandman" has been recovered from New Guinea and is to be restored in Australia.
