Rick

To get at least a total picture of the production of these models you have to include Ni.D. 42C.1 as well
In production from 1927 to 1934 they were
Type s/n codes user
42 1-25 R-332 to 356 France
62 26-50 R-357 to 381 France
62 51-150 R-382 to 481 France
62 151-290 R-482 to 621 France
42/72 291- Turkey(2) Belgium(3)*
62 -345 none Aeronavale
622 346-525 R-622 to 801 France
622 526-532 R-802 to 808 France
72 533-536 none Brazil**
622 537-548 N-069 to 080 France
622 549-629 R-809 to 889 France
622 630-647 N-051 to 068 France
622 648-657 R-890 to 899 France
626 658-669 none Perou***
629 670-719 N-001 to 050 France

*Turkey s/n 131-132, Belgium s/n P1 to P3
** Brazil s/n K-421 to 424
*** Perou cancelled this order and bought NiD 123 instead. Don't know if built or not.

Re: Looking for Nieuport-Delage NiD 52/62/72/622

PS: I would be interested to know what you got on the Spanish production of the model 52
All I have is an appx number of 84 built by Hispano (highest serial number noted, 3-84)

Spain also received a prototype NiD 82, ex F-AIPQ, but nothing further came out of that.

Cheers
Stig

Thanks Stig.
Sorry I'm late .
Never got email when you posted.
I should have checked anyways.
I have some books on the Spainish Civil war, magazine articles.
I will check but most are in Spanish so I might not be much help.

Interesting Dénes

Checked the series of articles written by Malcolm Passingham way back and the Ni 72 is not present.
Any further details such as serials, delivery, units and fate?

Cheers
Stig

Don't forget that the Germans also used the NiD 62 series of aircraft, although only as decoys.

See attached photo out of my collection of what I believe are NiD622's.

Thanks for this piece of info, I'm always interested in finding out more about interbellum fighters. This series being one of those I'm interested in.
