605 Sqn Raf Honiley Vampires, photo request.
My father served his national service around 1951 in 605 Squadron based at RAF Honiley. He was an Air Wireless Mechanic servicing radios in the Vampires. Does anyone have any pictures they could share of 605s Vampires or Meteor T7 from around this time please?
Heres a link to a photo of my father and his favourite Vampire E Easy http://www.flickr.com/photos/73973154@N04/6790149245/ Thanks for any help, Colin. Last edited by Colin Osborne; 30th January 2012 at 17:51. Reason: Add picture |
