Hi all,

I am trying to locate any information and even better a photo of Major James Corkhill. I know he was involved in the B17C lend lease program for RAF Coastal Command in 1941/42. Apart from that not much else.

Sorry ... one other thing, 'Johnny', as he was nicknamed was a test pilot for the acceptance program of the B17A

Must be Major John D. Corkill instead. He's mentioned as such in the July 6, 1938 edition of the newspaper The Olympian (Olympia, WA) as "air corps representative at the Boeing plant".
