I./JG 2 in Italy in early 1944 through March?
In Tony Woods lists for VC in March, 1944 I noted A-36 credits in Italy for 2., 3. and 4./JG 2 while I labored under the notion that all of JG 2 was more or less permanent on LF 3.
Can someone help me understand the movements of I./JG 2? Thanks Bill

A good place to start would be http://ww2.dk/air/jagd/jg2.htm, and the real treat is Nick Beale's cover here http://www.ghostbombers.com/JG2/jg2intro.html
