Luftwaffe fighter training

Hi!
I wonder if you could help me by providing some detailed information.
I need to gather as much information as possible concerning fighter training in Luftwaffe.
I am interested in every aspect of this matter. I would like to know:

1. what was the exact programme: what was taught during basic training, advanced training etc.
2. what planes were used during each phase of training fighter pilots
3. how long did it take to train a fighter pilot in 1939?

I would be very grateful for any info.

Thanks a lot!
