59 Squadron Blenheim IV V5396, Code?

Hello again
I am looking for the individual aircraft code for the above aircraft TR-?, the aircraft made a forced landing at Brook, Isle of Wight, on the 22 March 1941, reason unknown. No casulties.
It was recovered and repaired.

Thanks

Pete
