Re: New Dora books this year?

I was in contact last week with Eric LARGER, one of the authors of the book edited by JAPO. He told me that the second volume of "FW 190D camouflage and markings" is well advanced. If all goes well, the book will be available in october or november. It will be a true "must" (I think better then than the first volume). It will be full of unpublished photos...

Re: New Dora books this year?

thanks sounds great, if #2 is better than #1 we should be in for a treat. The eagle editions book has been split into two volumes and looks fantastic, some great looking teaser photos in the latest Luftwaffe in focus special 2, no news on a release date yet.

Re: New Dora books this year?

Hello dear readers

Yes we are working hard on volume 2 , we cannot inform you for the moment about the date of release.

The second volume is slightly more complex as it descripts not 1 but 3 manufacturers of Fw 190D-9s .

Each of them applying its own interpretations of camouflage painting .

In anyway as soon as we have further information concerning the release , I will post them on the dedicated sub-forum .

Thanks for your support

Eric
