Crash of H. von Holtey on 11.5.1940

Hi guys,

I would like to find out whether the Messerschmitt Bf-109 E1 from Oberleutnant Hubertus von Holtey (5./JG 26) crashed in the water of the IJsselmeer or on the ground of the area around Weesp (de Klomp). Can anybody tell me something about this crash in the first days of the German invasion in the Netherlands?

And does anybody know what happened to Hubertus von Holtey in the later years of the war and his life? So far I could only trace him back to 1941...

Thanks!
