Kesselring's Holy Mountain & Jafu 2

Where exactly at Sangatte was Kesselring's Holy Mountain and can someone confirm the name of the hotel at Wissant used as Jafu 2's HQ?

During the battle of Britain and before the construction of the Atlantic Wall there was wonderful villas and hotel on the dyke. All of them were destroyed and certainly the HQ of Jafu were amongst them
