M.i.9 Escape And Evasion Reports?
Does anyone know where ALL the annexes and copies of M.I.9 Escape and Evasion reports (M.I.9/S/P.G.(-) 1947 Evaded Capture In France) can be found? I have a report referenced as above which comprises two A4 pages relating to the shoot down and subsequent E&E of a member of the crew. It lists the crew and their supposed status (KIA, POW, Evading) and the story of the evader.
However it is missing all its appendices, it lists Appendices A to D and their distribution, however none are present and I believe were not present when this copy was obtained from PRO.
Does anyone KNOW where these appendices may be obtained please?
