Peter Cook is on a distinguished road
Karl Rütger of JG52?

In his biography, Spitfire On My Tail, Ulrich Steinhilper of JG52 states in a letter dated 31 August 1940:
"Karl Rütger's flying log shows that he retumed with four bullet strikes on his aircraft".

I can't find any information for Karl Rütger flying with JG52. Any thoughts?

Peter
