Bf109G, Fw190A and Bv238(?) photos near Elbe River, April 1945
Gents,

Yes, there was report in magazine some time ago of the BV 238 was towed to shore, whist on fire (or set on fire there).

The airfield shot was taken at Bad Lippspringe. You will easily recognize both the Fw 190 A-8 W.Nr. 173 035 "Schwarze 11" and the Bf 109 K-4 which sports a dice emblem under its left windscreen behind the Bf 109 G-14/AS W.Nr. 78x xxx "Schwarze 19"in the set of pics dedicated to this airfield: http://www.flickr.com/photos/2809206...57631650203888 Some of thew Bf 109's are certainly former JG 27 machines, one of them being the only known Bf 109 G-10/R6, having thus wing pods MG 151.
