FW190A crash on 5 August 1943 at Plaisance du Touch, near Toulouse
I know it is a very long shot but let us try :
on 5 Aug. 1943, FW19044 Wnr 140673 from JGr. Ost crashed near Toulouse at Plaisance du Touch, It performed a belly landing further to an engine failure and the aircraft was destroyed at 60% (thanks Matti for all these data). We found the remains of this aircraft and we would love to have more info about this event. What was the the pilot's name ? the background ? TIA GC
