Alain,

Try this translation of a newspaper story (US original can't be opened due to European GDPR reasons, as frequently happens) about Lt Bluhm's crash landing: https://www-gvpennysaver-com.transla...l&_x_tr_pto=sc

Year is one off (it says 1944, must be 1945) and also date 14th?
It appears that two crew members had bailed out before the belly landing.

Also see https://spectrumlocalnews.com/news/2...er-his-death--

Rodt is near St. Vith.

Groet,
Leendert

Yes has to be 1945.
410th didn't arrive in the UK until March/April 1944.
Commencing Operations in May 1944.
Transferring to France in September 1944.
They did however use A26's from January 1945 as Flare Dropers for Target Marking for the A20's.

From the short film in your post (5) above there is reference made of his aircraft and a picture of an A20. If that was his aircraft it is shown with Unit Code and letter "8U=*=U" (646BS) and has tail number "321765" which would have been 43-21765, an A20G-45-DO.
